Tell us about a detail that has changed, a practice we have missed or your own practice’s page. We cannot give dental advice.

Something on a page is wrong

If a practice has a new address, phone number or opening hours, no longer offers a treatment or has shut, write to info@dentrank.co.uk with the practice name and the town. We will look into it and put the page right.

A practice we have missed

Send us the name and address of any dental practice or orthodontist you think belongs on the list for its town. We will apply the method described in “How we select”, as we do for every practice on the site.

Your own practice

Practice owners and managers can claim their page from the business area, linked at the top of every page. From there you can keep its treatments, opening hours and description accurate, look at the visibility plans or ask us to consider a practice that is not on the site yet.

We cannot give dental advice

Questions about your own teeth, a treatment plan or how a treatment turned out need a dentist, not us, and we will not recommend one practice over another. Please do not email photos, X-rays or health details. If you are in pain and cannot reach a dentist, NHS 111 can help in England and Wales. If swelling makes it hard to breathe or swallow, or bleeding will not stop, call 999 or go to A&E.

Complaints about a practice

We do not deal with complaints about the practices on the site. Start with the practice’s own complaints procedure. For private treatment, the Dental Complaints Service, funded by the GDC, may be able to help if that does not settle it. NHS treatment has its own complaints process. Concerns about whether a dental professional is fit to practise can be raised with the GDC.
